I use the Outlook add-in at this link for my GTD implementation. I like the toolbar it provides for managing actions and projects, as well as creating tasks and filing the original e-mail in my project folder.

In addition to those add-ins, I’ve found this one to be very useful and I think your readers will too.

It flags e-mails you need to keep up with in a “Follow Up” folder, flags e-mails other members of your Outlook team or account need to follow up on in a “delegates” folder, and you can set follow-up reminders for yourself and others.
